This entry is for the first pressing with custom "Combat Rock" labels and a commercial in the middle of "Inoculated City." Mastering at Columbia Mastering as denoted by COLUMBIA NY stamped in runouts, Lacquer Cut By Ray Janos as denoted by "Janos" etched into Side A. The "c" and "⊏" stamps in runouts are very faint and are found at close inspection. The US catalog number FE 37689 appears on the spine and both sides of the record. The original UK catalog number FLMN 2 appears on the spine, inner sleeves and both labels. The album was packaged in cellophane with one of four stickers on the wrapping. Each sticker featured a head shot of a Clash member.
