One of the landmark albums of Argentine progressive rock, Bubu’s 1978 debut Anabelas comprises three long, intricately arranged pieces blending symphonic prog, jazz-rock and avant-garde chamber music. Violin, flute and saxophone weave through angular guitar, powerful rhythms and theatrical vocals, recalling King Crimson, Magma and Gentle Giant.
