Original Pacific Jazz 10-inch mono LP from 1953, capturing Chet Baker at the very start of his solo career with pianist/composer Russ Freeman. A key early West Coast / cool jazz session, with Baker’s lyrical, restrained trumpet beautifully matched by Freeman’s elegant piano and understated quartet setting

The remaining tracks were recorded at Radio Recorders, Los Angeles, CA, October 3, 1953. Runouts are stamped.
