David Bowie - The Man Who Sold The World (LP,Album) (Near Mint (NM or M-))
Media Condition: Near Mint (NM or M-)
Sleeve Condition: Very Good (VG)
Original 1971 German round cover with the usual age wear. Perfect NM vinyl, rarely played. Perfect labels as well. One of Bowie's holy grails for sure. No insert, sorry!
Notes:
Released in a full-color 3-fold die-cut flyout sleeve - which opens to a circle. The disc is housed in an inner sleeve that contains the lyrics to the songs on the record. All selection published by Prs. Ltd. Recorded at Trident Studios and Advision Studios, London, England Remixed at Trident Studios, London Many Thanks to our Engineer, Ken This edition, along with the below mentioned counterfeit, contain some extra music at the end of the LP. As The Supermen fades out a short section of Saviour Machine is heard. It appears this was the original intention, though not employed on the other Mercury editions, as a very brief section can be heard, very quietly, on the later RCA editions (i.e., it's on the master tape) Not to confuse with this counterfeit. Genuine copies have machine-stamped matrices while the counterfeits have hand-scratched ones.
