T. Gowdy - Therapy With Colour (LP) (Mint (M))

Media Condition: Mint (M)
Sleeve Condition: Mint (M)

REF: EA55 Sealed MINT. Hypnotic, vividly textured electronics built from shimmering synth layers, metronomic pulses and understated minimal-techno rhythms. Recorded live in real time, the five pieces move between ambient immersion and quietly propulsive motion—meditative and cerebral, but far removed from passive New Age drift.

Notes:

The pieces collected on this album are inspired by self-hypnosis activities using the Nova Pro 100 Light & Sound Mind Machine. The album was produced, recorded and mixed by T. Gowdy between November 2018 and August 2019 with the aim of exploring therapy through self-induced states of hypnosis.
