Thank you for shopping with Golden Pavilion Music.
We want every customer to be happy with their order. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
- Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person indicated by you, receives the goods.
You do not need to give a reason for exercising this right.

- Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
For vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, books and other collectible music items, this means:
- the item must be complete;
- the record, sleeve, inserts, OBI strips, booklets, posters, bonus items and any other included material must be returned;
- the item must not be damaged after delivery;
- sealed items must remain sealed if they are being returned as “sealed” or “new” items;
- used items must be returned in the same graded condition in which they were sold.
Please handle all items with care while they are in your possession. If an item is returned damaged, incomplete, opened when sold as sealed, or in a worse condition than supplied, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
- Items damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include photos of the item, the packaging, and the damage or issue. This helps us assess the problem and resolve it quickly.
If the issue is due to our error or damage in transit, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund, replacement, or other reasonable resolution depending on the circumstances and availability of the item.
Many of the items we sell are unique, used, rare, out of print, or collectible, so an identical replacement may not always be available.
- Return shipping
Before returning any item, please contact us at goldenpav@gmail.com so we can confirm the return procedure and provide the correct return address.
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and packing the item securely. We cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged on the way back to us.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or after you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, where applicable.
Original shipping costs may be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law. Additional shipping upgrades or special delivery services chosen by the customer may not be refundable.
Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or damage in transit.
- Partial refunds
A partial refund may apply if an item is returned in a condition different from the condition in which it was supplied.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- records or CDs with signs of use not present at the time of sale;
- damaged sleeves, covers, cases, inserts, OBI strips, booklets or packaging;
- missing parts or accessories;
- sealed items returned opened;
- items returned with inadequate packaging resulting in damage.
- Sealed items
If an item is sold as sealed, new, or unopened, it must be returned sealed in order to be refunded as a sealed item.
If a sealed item is opened after delivery, the value of the item may be reduced, especially where the sealed condition was part of the item’s collectible value.
- Sale items and discounted items
Sale or discounted items may still be returned where required by applicable consumer law.
However, items must meet the return conditions described above.
- Exchanges
Because many of our items are used, rare, limited, out of print, or one-off copies, exchanges are not always possible.

- Late or missing refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account or payment provider.
Then contact your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
