We make reasonable efforts to describe each item accurately, including condition, format, edition, pressing information and relevant notes. However, some product data may be imported from third-party databases or services, including Discogs, and may occasionally contain errors, omissions or inconsistencies.

Customers are encouraged to read the product description carefully and contact us before purchase if they have questions about a specific item, pressing, condition, edition, photo, tracklist, barcode, label, country, year or other details.

  1. CONDITION OF RECORDS AND COLLECTIBLE ITEMS

For used and collectible items, condition is an important part of the product description.

We aim to grade items accurately and conservatively where possible. Please note that used vinyl records, CDs, sleeves, booklets, cases, inserts and packaging may show signs of age, handling, storage or previous use, depending on the stated condition.

Photos, descriptions and condition notes should be reviewed carefully before purchase. If you require additional information about an item, please contact us before placing your order.

  1. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change without notice.

Product availability is limited and many items are unique copies. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it until checkout is completed and payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, stock errors, product description errors, or technical errors. If an order is affected by an obvious error, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed under the corrected terms or cancel the order for a refund.

  1. ORDERS

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping and contact information.

We may cancel or refuse an order if payment is not completed, if the product is no longer available, if shipping cannot be provided to the requested destination, if there is a clear pricing or stock error, or if we suspect fraud, abuse or unauthorized activity.

Orders are shipped from Portugal.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination, weight, shipping method and carrier. Estimated delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returned items must be complete and in the same condition in which they were supplied. For records, CDs, cassettes and collectible music items, this includes records, sleeves, inserts, OBI strips, booklets, posters, cases, packaging and any other included material.
