Classic 1968 British psychedelic pop/freakbeat 45. “Colour Sergeant Lillywhite” is drenched in reverb and phasing, driven by pounding drums, treated guitar and Robbie Fair’s dramatic lead vocal, while “Lady From Baltimore” offers a gentler harmony-pop/psych flipside
